Embedded capabilities

COMING SOON

One infrastructure layer instead of building every connection yourself.

Loadit gives a business one layer for supported money movement, conversion, interoperability, and spending — LOAD, SEND, CONNECT, CONVERT, RECEIVE, CASH OUT, and LOADIT ONE — inside its own product. HQ orchestrates the outcome, the UVCE handles conversion, connected partners execute, and Loadit verifies the result.

Embedded capabilities

Load. Send. Connect. Convert.
Receive. Cash Out. Loadit One.

The same transaction engine that powers Loadit for people, offered to businesses through APIs, SDKs, and white-label experiences. Your customer presses a button inside your product; HQ decides, the UVCE converts, partners execute, Loadit verifies the result.

LOAD

Load

IN BUILDPhase 1

Supported cash or card funds → one supported digital asset, in one funded transaction.

What you embed

"Add cash" or "Buy with card" inside your app. Your customer funds once; Loadit coordinates intake, conversion, and delivery to the destination they chose.

Real-world example

A wallet adds "Load $300 cash into USDC." It submits the intent, receives a quote and a funding location, and the customer never opens a Loadit screen.

Route selection runs today in the live demo. Cash-in certification with a licensed cash network is complete (5/5); cash-in is not yet live.

LOAD · ALLOCATED

Multi-Asset Load

PLANNEDPhase 1

One funding event → several supported digital assets, by dollar or percentage allocation.

What you embed

A saved "Load Mix": every incoming load follows the same split. One customer transaction, several output legs, one receipt.

Real-world example

$500 cash → $200 USDC + $125 BTC + $100 ETH + $75 SOL. Or a treasury rule: for every $10,000 received, $8,000 operating cash, $1,500 USDC reserve, $500 BTC.

Phase 1 scope. Not yet in the runtime — shown as the intended shape of the transaction object.

SEND

Send

PLANNEDPhase 2

Sender pays with what they have; the recipient receives the supported asset or currency they want.

What you embed

A "Send Anywhere" experience: your customer picks a supported source, the recipient picks an available destination, and HQ selects an eligible path between them.

Real-world example

Your customer sends USD; the recipient receives USDC in a wallet they control. Or they send BTC and the landlord receives dollars.

The mismatch between what the sender holds and what the recipient needs is the core problem Loadit is built to solve.

RECEIVE

Receive

PLANNEDPhase 4

Programmable rules for how incoming value arrives and is allocated.

What you embed

Let recipients on your platform declare a preference — one asset, one currency, or an allocation rule — that every incoming payment follows.

Real-world example

A recipient sets 50% USD / 25% BTC / 15% ETH / 10% SOL. A payout platform applies it to every disbursement without building the split itself.

Pairs with Convert: one-to-many outputs and recipient preferences on the same transaction object.

CONVERT

Convert

PLANNEDPhase 4

Value already held → one or many other supported assets or currencies — and, corridor by corridor, toward any currency on earth.

What you embed

Standalone conversion for balances your customers already hold, including one-to-many allocations, coordinated by the UVCE across supported liquidity.

Real-world example

$1,000 USDC → $400 BTC + $300 ETH + $200 SOL + $100 USDC, as one instruction with one receipt.

Conversion planning (venues, forecast, fees) already runs inside the routing engine for Load; standalone Convert is the next surface.

CASH OUT

Cash Out

PLANNEDPhase 6

Supported digital value → cash or fiat through an eligible exit path.

What you embed

Give holders on your platform a way out, not just a way in — an eligible cash or fiat destination selected by HQ from the partners live for that corridor.

Real-world example

A customer holding USDC on your exchange chooses an available cash or fiat exit instead of staying trapped in digital value.

Depends on off-ramp partners live per corridor; each exit path carries its own status.

CONNECT

Connect

PLANNEDPhase 5

Supported value between financial platforms, even when sender and recipient prefer different apps.

What you embed

Cross-platform movement: your customer's source and the recipient's destination live in different products; Loadit uses an authorized path between them.

Real-world example

Your customer uses one supported app; their brother uses another. Neither has to switch. Loadit finds the authorized path.

Requires authorized integrations or eligible underlying transfer rails for each platform pair.

LOADIT ONE

Loadit One for platforms

PLANNEDPhase 3

Card spend from supported fiat or crypto, and multi-source funding behind one merchant-facing payment.

What you embed

Let your users spend supported holdings at everyday merchants. HQ applies the user's funding rule; the UVCE converts where required; the merchant receives normal card-network settlement.

Real-world example

A $300 purchase funded $100 from Card A + $75 from Card B + $125 from a supported balance. The merchant sees one $300 card transaction.

Requires an issuing and processing partner. Loadit One Credit is a later, separate product that needs a lending partner and a real credit facility.

INVISIBLE MODE

White-label

PLANNEDPhase 7

Any of the above inside your brand, with Loadit invisible to the end customer.

What you embed

APIs, SDKs, and hosted components that stay in your experience. Same transaction model, same status feeds, your name on the screen.

Real-world example

A bank offers "checking → USDC in an external wallet" as its own feature. The bank keeps ACH and wires; Loadit handles the edge its core stack does not.

Early-access partners integrate first, by a person. Join the list to be in the first cohort.

Faster availability

“Instant” is a liquidity question, not a wording question.

Customers hate waiting for deposited funds to clear. That is a settlement-risk and credit problem, and software wording alone cannot solve it. Loadit will never tell a partner that uncleared money is cleared.

How it can actually workPLANNED
  1. 01A customer starts a slow-rail funding event, say a $500 bank transfer.
  2. 02An approved partner with a prefunded pool, credit facility, or guarantee risk-checks the transaction.
  3. 03HQ weighs risk, fee, speed, and partner availability, and selects the prefunded route only if it is eligible.
  4. 04The partner releases $500 now. The slow rail settles later and replenishes the pool.
  5. 05If the incoming payment fails, the signed agreement says who takes the loss. Never a surprise.

Not offered until the facility, the limits, the fraud controls, and the contractual risk allocation are actually in place.

The whole product on a whiteboard

Customer → Loadit → partners → recipient.

Four boxes, and four jobs inside the Loadit box. At every step we can say who has the money, what Loadit is doing, who charges a fee, and why the customer was better off.

01

Capture intent

Source value, amount, desired output or outputs, destination or destinations, constraints. Quoted before anything is funded.

02

HQ chooses the eligible plan

Only supported paths, scored on cost, speed, liquidity, availability, risk, and compliance. Re-planned if a leg fails.

03

UVCE converts when needed

Wherever input and output differ, the conversion engine performs or coordinates it across supported liquidity.

04

Ledger tracks and reconciles

Every leg's state, every fee, every partner's role, one receipt. Verified against what the partners report.

HQ

IN BUILD

The orchestration brain. Understands the requested outcome and decides among eligible routes, providers, liquidity, funding sources, networks, and destinations. If a route fails or fees and liquidity change, HQ evaluates what remains instead of making the customer rebuild the transaction.

UVCE

PATENT PENDING

The Universal Value Conversion Engine. Performs or coordinates the conversion whenever the input and the output are different kinds of value — USD → USDC, BTC → USD, or one value split across several supported outputs.

Partners + rails

IN BUILD

Connected cash networks, card processors, liquidity and conversion partners, blockchains, banks, and issuing programs execute the actual funding, conversion, card, payout, or network movement under their role and license.

Loadit ledger

IN BUILD

Records the instruction, the route, every leg's state, and the receipt. Verifies status, settlement, and reconciliation. Loadit never hides custody, settlement responsibility, or fees from itself or from the customer.

The money map

Ten questions every live route must answer.

The product changes — Load, Send, Connect, Convert, Cash Out, Loadit One — but the questions never do. Partners get the answers for their corridor in writing.

  1. 01Who has or controls the value before funding?
  2. 02Who accepts or authorizes the funding source?
  3. 03Who is custodian, if anyone?
  4. 04Who performs each conversion?
  5. 05Which rail or network moves each leg?
  6. 06Who bears fraud, chargeback, or settlement risk?
  7. 07What partner and network fees are charged?
  8. 08What Loadit fee, revenue share, API, or card-program economics apply?
  9. 09What exact output does the customer or merchant receive?
  10. 10What happens if one leg fails?

Launch sequence

The platform is the whole system. Load is the first proof.

Cash and card to digital assets is the first doorway, not the whole company. Each phase proves one customer behavior on the same transaction engine — the consumer product at loadit.net proves it first, then partners embed it.

  1. PHASE 1IN BUILD

    Load

Cash and card → supported digital assets, including Multi-Asset Load. Proves the shared transaction engine.

  2. PHASE 2PLANNED

    Send

Sender holds supported asset or currency A; recipient receives supported asset or currency B.

  3. PHASE 3PLANNED

    Loadit One Debit pilot

With an issuing and processing partner: supported fiat and crypto spend, multi-source funding behind one merchant-facing payment.

  4. PHASE 4PLANNED

    Convert + Receive

More currencies and assets, one-to-many conversions, allocations, and recipient preferences.

  5. PHASE 5PLANNED

    Connect

First supported cross-platform money movement using authorized integrations or eligible underlying rails.

  6. PHASE 6PLANNED

    Deeper HQ orchestration

More liquidity providers, exchanges, networks, cash rails, financial platforms, issuing and processing partners, and cash-out paths.

  7. PHASE 7PLANNED

White-label APIs and SDKs at scale

Banks, wallets, fintechs, payroll and remittance products, merchants, and other platforms embed Loadit inside their own experience.

  8. PHASE 8PLANNED

    Loadit One Credit

Only after debit is proven and an appropriate issuing and lending facility exists. A different product from Loadit One Debit.

Order is the plan, not a promise of dates. A phase is marked in build only when it exists in the runtime.

Where this goes

Any value, to any value,
anywhere on earth.

The end state is simple to say: whatever form of money a customer has, converted or routed into whatever form the other side needs — any currency, any asset, any rail — through one interface. HQ was designed to route it; the UVCE was designed to convert it. Corridors open one at a time, and each one carries its real status.

Destinations
Every currency on earth — fiat, stablecoin, digital asset, cash, or card settlement
Networks

Status
The design goal. Opened corridor by corridor, each with its own status.

The architecture does not care what the value is called. A peso, a stablecoin, a satoshi, a card authorization, and cash at a counter are all representations the conversion engine normalizes and the router scores. Adding a currency is adding a corridor, a licensed partner, and a status — not rebuilding the product.
